We are looking for ambitious Sales & Technical Consultants to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their technical requirements, building strong business relationships, and conducting product demonstrations. This is a commission-based role perfect for individuals with technical aptitude who want to grow with a fast-paced tech company.
Role Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and market research.
- Understand client technical requirements and pain points.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients through regular follow-ups and meetings.
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Conduct in-person/offline client visits and meetings to understand business needs and close deals.
- Prepare technical proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with technical team to provide accurate technical insights to clients.
- Negotiate deals and close sales with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline management.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure client success post-sale.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and latest technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of software development concepts (web, mobile, cloud).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with proven ability to close deals.
- Good knowledge of software development services (custom software, web applications, mobile apps, etc.).
- Comfortable with cold calling and direct client engagement.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in IT services sales or B2B technical sales.
- Knowledge of web development frameworks, cloud platforms, and modern tech stacks.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with programming or web development (any language).
- Existing network of business contacts in tech industry.
- Experience handling SaaS or software product sales.
